nextflow self-update

Update the Nextflow runtime to the latest available version.

Usage

$ nextflow self-update

Description

The self-update command directs the nextflow CLI to update itself to the latest stable release.

Options

-h, -help

Print the command usage.

Examples

Update Nextflow:

$ nextflow self-update
